What is the New Client Bonus?
New Client Bonus is an additional 5% commission earned when you meet the requirements of the number of New Clients and NCPV.

Do I need to meet both the New Client minimum and the NCPV minimum to achieve the extra 5% in PV commission?
Yes.

Do I have to meet the New Client & New Client Personal Volume minimums to earn the baseline PV payout?
No. For example, if you have 1,000 in PV and 0 in NCPV, you still earn the 25% associated with the 1,000 PV. However, you would miss out on earning the additional 5% on all your volume because you do not have three New Clients and 150 in NCPV.

Is the New Client qualification for the New Client bonus cumulative?
Yes. For example, if you are reaching for the extra 5% bonus you get with 2,500 in PV, you will need a total of five New Clients.

How do I unlock the 40% commission tier?
Achieve over 7,500 in PV, have at least 10 New Clients, and more than 500 in NCPV for a given month to unlock the 40% commission tier.

Does the 10% off for New Clients count as volume?
No, only the volume after the 10% discount is applied counts towards your volume.
