Q: Can an Advocate participate in the Crunchi Loyalty program?
A: No.
Q: Is there a fee to join the Crunchi Loyalty Program?
A: No. Crunchi Loyalty is free to join, with no participation requirements.
Q: Will free shipping thresholds change with the new Loyalty program?
A: No.
Q: How does a Client become a Loyalty member?
A: New Clients can sign up on the loyalty page on crunchi.com. If a Client has already created an account on crunchi.com, then they are an existing loyalty member. They simply need to navigate to the loyalty page and log in with their existing email and password.
Q: Can a loyalty member opt out?
A: Yes. Please have your Clients email [email protected] to opt out. Note: If a Client opts out of the Loyalty program via marketing emails, this will opt them out of all marketing emails moving forward.
Q: When Clients redeem points, will I still earn commission on the remaining CV?
A: Yes, you will be paid on the remaining Commissionable Volume (CV) after points are applied.
Q: Will my Clients receive any notice about their points expiring?
A: Yes! Clients will receive an expiry email both 30 and 15 days, as well as a text message 7 days before expiry.
Q: Will Advocates still receive any notice about their Clients’ points expiring?
A: Not at this time, we are continuously exploring ways for Advocates to access this information.
Q: Can Clients apply CrunchiCash from hosting a pop-up and points to the same order while checking out?
A: Yes.
Q: Will the free product offerings rotate?
A: Yes. Redemption offerings will rotate and include a mix of both skincare and makeup products to provide a variety of options and keep the program fresh and exciting.
Q: Can points be applied to sale items?
A: Yes, points can be applied to sale items unless otherwise specified in specific promotions or exclusions.
Q: Can someone redeem points for an exclusive product and redeem a cash-off reward at the same time?
A: Yes, Clients can redeem both rewards in the same order.
Q: If a Client has an account but checks out as a guest, will that purchase count toward their rewards?
A: Yes, if a Client checks out as a guest and makes a purchase with their email address attached to their account, that purchase will accrue loyalty points.
Q: Can a Client upgrade from the loyalty program to become an Advocate?
A: Not at this time, but it’s something we’re looking into. For now, Clients can enroll as Advocates anytime at crunchi.com.
Q: If an Advocate downgrades to a Client, will their Client account purchases count toward a Loyalty tier?
A: Yes.
