Compensation Plan Updates 

We have an important update to share regarding our compensation plan.  After careful analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and direct feedback from our Advocate community, we have made the decision to update our compensation plan. 

These updates were intentionally made and reflect our commitment to our Advocate program. You are the heartbeat of this company, and these updates ensure that our program is a sustainable, growth-oriented program that positions every Advocate, and Crunchi as a brand, for long-term success.

As we look toward Crunchi's next chapter, it is essential that our compensation structure reflects and incentivizes expansion and the behaviors that will drive the brand forward.  These updates are designed to continue to honor our Advocates, our Clients and the community we’ve built together over the past decade while opening the door wider for new Clients, new Advocates, and new Leaders.

Here’s what’s new:

✨ New 40% PV commission tier
A clearer path to earning 40% commissions on your personal sales, structured to reward Advocates who are maintaining a strong Client base.

✨ Simplified New Client Bonus
Now based on NCPV rather than the combination with PV and number of new clients each month. Simpler to track and more directly tied to the activity that grows your business.

✨ Simplified Title Qualifications
We've removed the paid-as-leg requirement and the New Advocate enrollment requirement, replacing it with an updated PV requirement and an NCPV requirement for Activist and above.

With these updated qualifications, we have removed Level 4 Team Volume pay for Activists and increased Level 3 pay for Innovator and above from 9% to 10%. This makes title advancement more straightforward and more within your control.

✨ Updated Generation Bonus (effective 10.1.2026)
We moved the Generation Bonus from a title qualification to a separate bonus outside of title qualification— meaning developing a new generation will no longer be required to hold a title, only to earn the bonus associated with it. The qualification will now require a new first-generation Ambassador within 12 months, not a repromote. This will help our community refocus on leadership development.

⏰ Timeline:
All updates (with the exception of the Generation Bonus)* go into effect June 1st, including: new 40% PV tier, updated New Client Bonus, new title requirements and Team Volume pay.

*The updated Generation Bonus goes into effect October 1st. Current generation pay remains in place until then.

Transition FAQs

Q: How will the Generation Bonus work for June 1st - October 1st?
A: The Generation Bonus will remain as a title qualification for Innovator and above until October 1st and repromotes will count towards the 1 new Generation within a 12 month period.  Starting Oct. 1st, repromotes will not count as a new 1st Generation and the Generation requirement will not be a title requirement. 

Master Advocate FAQs to be updated on June 1, 2026

Q: What is the New Client Bonus? 
A: The New Client Bonus is a flat bonus amount you receive for reaching a NCPV for the month. It is paid in the monthly bonus. 

Q: How do I unlock the 40% commission tier? 
A: Achieve over 15,000 in PV for the month and unlock the 40% commission tier

Q: Does the 15% off for New Clients count as volume? 
A: No, only the volume after the 15% discount is applied counts towards your volume.
